- Daily - Daily Rate: $225 per night ($185 special rate for May & June 2008)
- Weekly - $1960 based on a 7 night stay

Rental Policies :
- A Deposit of $500 is required with your reservation.
- Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- A $500 damage deposit is required 7 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit is refunded 30 days after departure.
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m.
- Daily maid service available for an additional $26 per day
- Late check-out for the red-eye flight for $200 (if availability allows)
- Instructions for driving and key pickup sent when full payment is made.

Refund Policy:
- A 5% fee is applied to all cancelled reservations.
- For cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
- All payments will be forfeited (except for refundable security deposit) if cancellations or changes occur within less than 30 (60 Christmas) days notice, unless the unit can be re-booked.
